Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All parts kits and any purchase at or above $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery. 

Please verify your shipping and billing address prior to submitting your order as they cannot be changed without proper identification (same identification as used for on hold orders). If your address is incorrect, you must email quinngunworks@outlook.com immediately as sometimes orders are processed on the same day. We cannot update your address after shipping. You are responsible for entering your correct billing and shipping address and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. 

Processing times for orders are 1-3 business days, excluding large product drops, on hold orders, orders with address errors/flagged addresses, parts kits, sales, weekends, and holidays. We ship USPS & UPS. 

All shipping charges are to be paid by the end user unless otherwise specified. Flat rate shipping comes with $100 insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased prior to shipment, if desired. 

If your order is returned to sender (Quinn Gunworks LLC), you will be responsible for paying shipping again to receive your original order. If the shipping cost is more than the flat rate, you will be charged the exact amount. We will reach out via email (quinngunworks@outlook.com) if we receive your order back. If we do not receive a response within 10 days, your order will be processed as a return and there will be a 15% restocking fee. We will not reship orders after the 10 days. 

Quinn Gunworks LLC is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If the customer believes the package to be stolen or lost, they must contact us, and we will submit an insurance claim.

If your item was damaged during shipping, WE will submit an insurance claim with the mail carrier with proof of damaged item/box. Please email proof of damage of the product and box to quinngunworks@outlook.com.

Quinn Gunworks LLC does not ship any products outside of the United States. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

The end user has an inspection period of 7 days to verify all goods were received correctly and undamaged. If there is a shortage on your order or you received an incorrect product you will need to send us an email at quinngunworks@outlook.com. All products being returned or exchanged must be in the original condition they were mailed to you in. 

Ammo, and pinned magazines are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. 

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Return items/orders must be approved via email prior to being shipped back. Please contact us at quinngunworks@outlook.com with your contact info, photos of what you received, reason for return, and your order number. We will review all the information submitted and will contact you about the return approva and RMA# . An RMA# will be assigned by us and must be written on the box by the label. We will refuse any returns that have not been authorized prior to being shipped back and do not have an RMA# written on the box. Refunds will not be issued until the product is received back and inspected. Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery has been made. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items unless otherwise discussed prior to us issuing the RMA# for the return. 

If we provide you with a return label, you must use the specified box on the return label, or the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be dropped off at the post office within 3 business days of dated return label. If the return is not dropped off within 3 business days, the label will be cancelled, and the product(s) will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange.  

If we provide you with a label for an exchange only the product discussed will be accepted. If the incorrect product is received and/or you choose to process it for a return (instead of an exchange), the shipping label price plus 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Hand select fees and shipping fees are non refundable.

We do not retroactively apply any sale discounts or price changes to orders placed (and delivered) prior to the sale beginning or price change.
